Reduction of Capital Effective
Westminster, the specialist security and services group operating worldwide via an extensive international network of agents and offices in over 50 countries (LSE:WSG), announces a further update on its reduction of capital that was approved by the Company's shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 24 June 2021 ("Reduction of Capital").
Following the announcement made on 3 November 2021, the Board is pleased to announce that the Reduction of Capital has become effective. This follows the Court Order approving the Reduction of Capital having been registered at Companies House.
The Company confirms that, following the Reduction of Capital, the issued share capital of the Company remains at 330,514,660 ordinary shares of £0.001 pence each; there are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company also remains at 330,514,660. The Company no longer has any Deferred Shares in issue.
