Staff share purchase & Director Dealings
Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or 'the Company'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, is pleased to announce that, of a purchase of 300,120 shares in the Company (2.1% of the issued share capital) by staff and Directors, staff accounted for 34,570 of those shares, with the following Directors accounting for a further 265,550.

Peter Fowler and his wife were precluded from purchasing further shares as they already control over 30% of the company.
