                             SALE OF INVESTMENT

The Company announces that on 25 September 2007 it has sold its entire
shareholding of 3,762,268 ordinary shares in CDS Oil & Gas Group plc ('CDS') at
22 pence per share. The investment arose from a £500,000 convertible loan the
Company provided to CDS as announced on 19 January 2006.
