The Company announces that the following ordinary shares have been purchased
under the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme on behalf of the undermentioned
directors:

Jim Clarke 18/9/06 3,453 484p
Also on 18 September 2006, Mr Hutson has sold 2,085 ordinary shares at 484p per
share.
The company also announces that Liz McMeikan has today purchased 1,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 508.5p per share.
Following these transactions the directors current shareholdings are now as
follows:
