Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 15 July 2009, John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer, sold 50,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at an average price of 433.1179p per share. John Hutson also exercised 73,135 unapproved share options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares (consisting of: 12,465 options at an exercise price of 361p, 6,750 options at a price of 343.6p, 8,500 options at a price of 339p, 25,420 options at a price of 356.5p and 20,000 options at a price of 301.5p). John Hutson then sold 73,135 of the Company's ordinary shares at an average price of 433.1179p per share. Following these transactions, John Hutson now holds an interest of 55,451 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04 per cent of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
