Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties

Share Incentive Plan

Following the maturity of an unapproved FreeShare award on 17 September 2010, ordinary shares were sold on 17 September 2010 to cover the cost of the tax and NI on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £4.2583 per share:
