Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was notified on 1 June 2010 that David Capstick exercised 1062 options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares, the exercise consisted of 1062 options at 361p.  

Mr Capstick has bought the 1062 share options and retains them as shares.

Following this transaction, Mr Capstick now holds an interest of 36,869 ordinary shares in the Company.
