Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties

Share Incentive Plan

The Company was informed on 11 April 2011, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 31 March 2011, ordinary shares were sold on 1 April 2011 to cover the cost of the tax and NI on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £4.2019 per share:
