Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties

Deferred Bonus Scheme

The Company was informed on 20 September 2011, that following the maturity of the final tranche of the 2009 deferred bonus scheme on 17 September 2011, ordinary shares were sold on 20 September 2011 to cover the cost of the tax and NI on the shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all the shares was £3.964 per share:

The Company was informed on 21 September 2011, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 17 September 2011, ordinary shares were sold on 20 September 2011 to cover the cost of the tax and NI on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £3.982467 per share:
