Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company has today been informed that Martin Geoghegan a PDMR at JD Wetherspoon plc transferred 5,393 of the company's ordinary shares to his wife, Helena Geoghegan. Their joint holding remains at 24,227.

The Company was also informed today that Rebecca Payton, a PDMR at JD Wetherspoon plc transferred 6,278 of the company's ordinary shares to her husband Michael Payton. Their joint holding remains at 9,904.
