Deferred Bonus Scheme

The Company announces that it has been informed that the trustee to the scheme purchased the following ordinary shares to satisfy awards to be made pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme to the under mentioned directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs):

2011/12 Scheme

The following shares were purchased on 24 September 2012 at a price of £4.724. The shares will vest over a two year period*.

The Company was informed on 26 September 2012, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 24 September 2012, ordinary shares were sold on 24 September 2012 to cover either the cost of the tax and NI or sell the whole of the share vest on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £4.74 per share:
