Deferred Bonus Scheme

The Company announces that it has today been informed that the trustee to the scheme purchased the following ordinary shares to satisfy awards to be made pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme to the under mentioned directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs) on Friday 27 September 2013 at a price of 738.2p:
