The Company announces that having been informed on 22^nd October 2020, that the following shares were awarded under the terms of the Company's approved and unapproved employee -wide Share Incentive Plan to the following directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ( PDMRs). The applicable share price at the date of the award was £9.57. The award will vest on 22^nd October 2023.
