The Company was today notified that as at close of business on 6 September 2005,
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. ('GS Inc') was interested by attribution only in
7,024,857 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.05% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.


The interest in 7,024,857 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by
Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS inc.
