The Company was today notified that as at close of business on 22 July 2005,
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. ('GS Inc') was interested by attribution only in
6,375,417 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.687% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.


The interest in 6,375,417 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by
Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS inc.
