correction - Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") notes the following amendment to the "Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights" announcement released on December 1, 2023. The number of shares issued and allotted that was incorrectly stated as 3,685 common shares should have been 3,695 common shares. The Company has made application for admission of the correct number of common shares, with listing of these common shares anticipated to occur before December 31, 2023. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") has issued and allotted 3,695 common shares of no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested share option rights (together, the "Shares").  All of the Shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange and, in London, an application for admission of these Shares to the Official List (Standard Segment) of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is being made by the Company.

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") notifies that as at November 30, 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 452,999,836 common shares of no par value. Each common share carries one voting right and the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that date was 452,999,836.

The above figure of 452,999,836 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
