The Company announces that two copies of its 2009/10 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 22 June 2010 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.  Copies of all the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
