4 1/2% 2nd Cum Prf Stk

On information supplied to the Department, the Interest Payment of 2.25% on the
4 1/2% 2nd Cum Prf Stk was made Ex Dividend on the 28-06-99. 
The Department has been informed that the Company are repaying the 4 1/2% 2nd
Cum Prf Stk today, 28-07-99. The Record Date of 02-07-99 has been withdrawn. 
The notice making the security Ex Dividend is automatically cancelled  in
accordance with the provisions of Rule A5.6
