accordance with paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules.



In accordance with paragraph 16.4(a) Angie Risley is and has not been a director
in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous 5 years.



There is no information of the kind described in paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of
the Listing Rules relating to Angie Risley required to be disclosed pursuant to
paragraph 16.4(b).
