Whitbread extends bank facilities until November 2019

On 28 January 2014 Whitbread PLC announced that it had extended the maturity of its £650 million syndicated bank facility to 4 November 2018, and introduced two one year options to extend it by a total of two years with the consent of the banks.

Whitbread now announces that, with the agreement of all its banks, it has exercised the first of those options, so that the maturity is now 4 November 2019.

The facility pricing is unchanged.
