Director / PDMR Shareholding

Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company" or "Wildcat") (LSE: WCAT), announces the following dealing in shares by one of its Directors:

On 2^nd March 2021, one of the Directors, Mr. Glyn Roberts, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat to each of his three adult sons, for no consideration. This comprised a total transfer of 300,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat.

Following this disposal, Mr. Glyn Roberts remains directly and indirectly beneficially interested in 23,700,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat, which equates to 0.99 % of the total issued share capital.

The Directors of Wildcat accept responsibility for this announcement.
