Director / PDMR Shareholding

Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company" or "Wildcat") (LSE: WCAT), announces the following dealing in shares by one of its Directors:

On 14^th April 2021, one of the Directors, Mr. Glyn Roberts, made a 'Bed and ISA' transfer of 705,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat from his share dealing account into his Share ISA; and also made a transfer into a Share ISA in his wife's name of 705,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat.

Following this activity, Mr. Glyn Roberts' direct and indirect beneficial interest in Wildcat remains unchanged at 23,700,000 ordinary shares, which equates to 0.99% of the total issued share capital.
