Board Changes
Wilmington plc ("Wilmington"), the knowledge leader in Risk & Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Insight announces the following Board changes.
Wilmington plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Dollman as a Non-Executive Director and as designate Chairman of the Audit Committee. Paul will join the Board on 16 September 2015 and succeed Terry Garthwaite as Chairman of the Audit Committee in November 2015.
Paul Dollman was Group Finance Director of John Menzies plc for over ten years until May 2013, where he played a key role in the turnaround of the business and is currently Chairman of Smart Metering Systems plc, a Non- Executive Director of Scottish Amicable and a member of the Audit Committee of the National Library of Scotland.
Terry Garthwaite, who has been a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee since June 2005, has decided not to seek re-election at the next AGM in November 2015 in accordance with best practice under the UK Corporate Governance Code.
There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
