Wilmington Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Garthwaite,
FCA, to the Board as a Non Executive Director, effective today.
Terry Garthwaite, aged 58, has enjoyed a distinguished career in finance and
industry. Following a period with Price Waterhouse, London, in 1975 Terry joined
Foseco Minsep plc, a speciality chemicals company, holding a number of

on 15 September after six years as a Non-Executive Director.
David Summers, Chairman of Wilmington Group, commented:
'We are very grateful to Richard for his highly supportive contribution over the
last six years and wish him well for the future.
Terry brings with him valuable board experience as a non-executive developed
from a successful career in industry and finance. I look forward to Wilmington
benefiting from his knowledge and expertise as we continue to take the Group
forward.'
Wilmington also announces that Stephen Broome is today stepping down from the
plc Board as a consequence of increased divisional commitments. Stephen will
continue as Managing Director of CLT and as a member of the Group's executive
management board. This change will balance the executive and non-executive
members of main Board and better align the Group's senior management and
operational structure.
