20 September 2005 bought 5,000 shares in the Company on behalf of his wife
Tonina Garthwaite at a price of 170p. Their resultant shareholding stands at
5,000 shares, which represents 0.006% of the issued share capital.

Wilmington Plc also announces that Rory A Conwell, Executive Director, on 21
September 2005 sold 600,000 shares in the Company at a price of 168p. His
resultant shareholding stands at 3,909,356 shares, which represents 4.676% of
the issued share capital.
