Wilmington Group plc announces that Mike Harrington's (PDMR) shareholding has 
reduced by 345,235 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to a divorce 
settlement on 12 February 2008. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 
663,793 which is  0.80% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
