As announced on 14 October 2024, 657,403 ordinary shares of 5p were issued in respect of the Wilmington plc 2017 Performance Share Plan to employees and former employees. These shares were admitted to trading on the Main Market on 15 October 2024. In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, details of Vested Shares to PDMRs are set out below:
