In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 8 November 2024 that:

·      Guy Millward, a PDMR, sold 4,150 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 8 October 2024 at a price of £3.932923 per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 136,031 which represent  0.15% of the issued share capital with voting rights.

This sale is to pay the tax liability on the 2021 share awards which vested in October 2024.
