Wilmington Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 16 November 2005 the
following three Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility(PDMR) disposed of
ordinary shares in the Company, all at a price of 180p.
Michael Harrington, Managing Director of Wilmington Business Information
Limited, disposed of 161,461 shares. His resultant holding is 1,009,028 shares,
representing 1.21% of the Company.
Neil Smith, Managing Director of Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Limited, disposed
of 51,736 shares. His resultant holding is 114,324 shares, representing 0.14%
of the Company.
Ahmed Zahedieh, Company Secretary, disposed of 432,000 shares. His resultant
holding is 1,916,805 shares, representing 2.29% of the Company.
