Wilmington Group plc (the 'Company' or 'Wilmington')
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting and exercise of options relating to
Central Law Group Limited
Wilmington announces that the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General
Meeting held earlier today, in respect of the proposed variations of the options
to acquire the outstanding minority interest in Central Law Group Limited, was
duly passed. Accordingly, the proposed variations to the option agreements and
the proposed entry by the Company into the deeds of variation were approved.
Wilmington also announces that the deeds of variation were entered into today
following shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting and that
notices exercising the options over the minority interest in Central Law Group
Limited (as varied by the deeds of variation) have been served on Wilmington.
The acquisition of the minority interest pursuant to such exercise is due for
completion in fourteen days time.
