Rapid Growth Means More Board Appointments

In the light of the Company's rapid expansion and the importance of exploiting
further development opportunities, in particular electronic publishing and
e-commerce, Wilmington Group is pleased to announce the following:

From 11th November 1999 Charles Brady, Chairman of Wilmington's recent
acquisition Central Law Group, will join the Board to represent its training
and events division.

In addition, Nick Miller, Managing Director of the Magazine Publishing
division, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for
controlling the Group's existing operations and the achievement of its
operational budgets.
