Transactions in own shares
Wilmington Group PLC announces that it has today purchased through Numis
Securities Limited 19,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 233 pence per
share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were 233 pence.
The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 54,000 ordinary shares in
Treasury and has a total of 84,102,179 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in
Treasury) in issue.
The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights
attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
