Annual Financial Report


Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by the Company on 10 June
2010, which is available at www.wincanton.co.uk, the Company announces that it
has today issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March
2010 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 (including the proposed
amendments to the Company's articles of association for the purpose of DTR
6.1.2).

These documents, together with associated Proxy Form, will shortly be available
to the public for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at:

London,

Copies of the Annual Report 2010 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010
will be made available on the Company's website at www.wincanton.co.uk.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday, 21 July
2010 at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE.
