Confirmation of appointment of Chief Executive
The Board of Wincanton is pleased today to confirm the appointment of Graeme
McFaull, aged 44, as Chief Executive.
As announced at Wincanton's interim results on 9 November this year, Paul
Bateman has today formally resigned the position of Chief Executive and is
retiring. Graeme will take over as Chief Executive with immediate effect.
Graeme joined Wincanton in 1994 and most recently held the position of Managing
Director of UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Wincanton, Graeme held positions
with Geest, Cargill and Pepsico.
Paul Bateman, outgoing Chief Executive commented:

last three years a truly outstanding period in the Company's development.
'In Graeme we have a Chief Executive who not only has an in-depth knowledge of
the logistics sector but has a long association with Wincanton. I wish both
