Correction Announcement
Result of AGM
The results of the Annual General Meeting held on 29 June 2017 as announced in RNS Number: 6151J correctly stated the results of the Company's 2017 AGM as set out in a results table by the total number of "Votes for" and the "Votes against" columns. However, the "Votes withheld", "Total votes" and "Total % of ISC voted" column headings were not above their corresponding results in table. This has been corrected in the table displayed below and no figures or voting results have changed.
All of the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting, were duly passed on a poll.
The votes were as follows:

Please note that each share carries one vote and that a 'vote withheld' is not a vote in law and has not been counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for and against the resolution. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the 'votes for' total.
Copies of the Resolutions will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available to the public for inspection.
