Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 ("AGM")

The Wise plc 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") has been made available to Wise Owners today. A copy of the AGM Notice is available on https://wise.com/owners/ and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/national storage mechanism .

The AGM will be held at 3rd Floor, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JJ and via an electronic platform on Friday 23 September 2022 at 11:00am (BST).

Details regarding the arrangements for the AGM can be found in the AGM Notice. Any changes to these arrangements will be communicated to Wise Owners via https://wise.com/owners/ and, where appropriate, by Stock Exchange announcement.
