Following the appointment of Ben Rogoff to the board of Witan Investment Trust plc ("the Company") on 1 October 2016, as announced on 11 August 2016, the Company now discloses the information concerning Mr Rogoff which is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.

Mr Rogoff has not held any directorships of publicly quoted companies in the last five years.
