Ms Neubert is Sales and Marketing Director at J O Hambro Capital Management.  She is not, and has not been in the past 5 years, a director of any other publicly quoted company and there is no further information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
