Redemption of Debenture Stock 2016

Witan Investment Trust plc announces that its 8½ per cent Debenture Stock 2016, which has a nominal value of £44,589,050 and is redeemable on 1 October 2016, is being redeemed in full today, 30 September 2016.

Holders of stock held in uncertificated form will be paid through CREST today and cheques in respect of stock held in certificated form will be sent by first class mail today to the registered addresses of the relevant stockholders.

The final interest payment in respect of the Debenture Stock is also being paid today.
