Geneva, 19 March 2021 , Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company") announces that it has been notified of certain transactions relating to the shares of the Company undertaken by Indigo Hungary LP and Indigo Maple Hill, L.P., persons closely associated with William A. Franke, the Chairman of the Company.
