WOOD GROUP ACQUIRES WOODHILL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS
John Wood Group PLC ('Wood Group') has acquired Surrey-based Woodhill
Engineering Consultants ('Woodhill'), an engineering business providing a wide
range of engineering consultancy services primarily for the Eastern Hemisphere
oil & gas industry.
Woodhill had a turnover of £4 million for the year to March 2004 and a net asset
value of approximately £200,000 as of 1 November 2004.
