Directors Dealings

The Company was notified on 28 August 2009 that Frank Scolaro, Chairman of the Company, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares resulting in holding of 0.23% on 28 August 2009.  In addition, Frank Scolaro holds 70,000,000 shares through Grandinex International Corp resulting in a total holding of 70,450,000 ordinary shares.

The Company was also notified on the 28 August 2009 that Simon Rollason, Managing Director of the Company, purchased an additional 85,000 ordinary shares on 28 August 2009 resulting in a total holding of 0.08%  as Simon Rollason had previously held 75,000 ordinary shares.

The total number of voting rights of the Company are 192,670,000 ordinary shares.
