In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.8, Woodside Energy Group Ltd advises that it has amended its Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rules (DRP Rules) with effect from 30 August 2022.
A copy of the revised DRP Rules is attached for release to the market.
