Workspace Group PLC 17 March 2003 WORKSPACE ADDS £15M ACQUISITIONS Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace'), the leading provider of flexible business accommodation to small and medium sized enterprises ('SMEs') in London and the South East, has today announced that it has completed three acquisitions in London for a total of £14.75 million. Workspace has bought Charles House in Southall, a 76,000 sq. ft converted factory, the 32,000 sq. ft Seedbed Centre in Romford, Essex and Aladdin Workspace, a 46,000 sq. ft converted single storey factory in Greenford Middlesex. The properties provide in total 180 units of accommodation and are 94.8% let. They currently produce a total rental income of approximately £1.5 million, showing an overall net initial return of 9.61%. All three properties are in Workspace's core markets and complement its existing holdings.
