Workspace Group PLC ('the Company')

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Block Listing of 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the
rules of the Executive Share Option Scheme.

These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules
allow.

The admission and dealings will be effective in the Ordinary Shares today, 24
February 2003.
