Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 1,854,176 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue have  been allotted to the Workspace Employee Share Ownership Trust in order to satisfy awards made to participants under the Company's Long-Term Incentive and Joint-Ownership Share Plans.

It is expected that admission will be effective for the Ordinary Shares on 18 December 2009
