Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 29 September 2010 that Mr Tony Hales, Chairman, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, at a price of 21.25p on the same day.

As beneficial holder, Mr Hales now holds 7,805,555 ordinary shares in the Company, such holding representing 0.67% in the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's issued share capital as at 29 September 2010 was 1,152,731,338.
