NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMRs

Workspace Group PLC ('the Company') announces that on 20 July 2010, options were granted to participating employees to buy shares in the Company at an option price of 17.1pence.  The award was made under the regular Workspace Savings Related Share Option Scheme ('SAYE').

Included in this grant were options over 21,052 shares granted to Chris Pieroni (Operations Director) at an option price of 17.1pence.  Mr Pieroni's Savings related Share Option Scheme contract is due to mature on 1 September 2013
