WORKSPACE GROUP PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities or connected persons

The Company received notification on 24 March 2010 that the following transactions had taken place on the same day (pursuant to the obligations of the persons stated to so disclose under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R) -

i)          Mr Harry Platt, Chief Executive, sold 160,000 ordinary shares at a sale price of 22.75 pence per share; and

ii)         Mrs Pauline Platt, wife of Mr Harry Platt, sold 145,000 ordinary shares at a sale price of 22.75 pence per share.

As beneficial holder, Mr Platt now holds 3,846,478 ordinary shares in the Company, such holding representing less than 0.1% in the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's issued share capital as at 25 March 2010 was 1,149,459,056 ordinary shares.
