On 4 October 2012, Daniel Kitchen, Chairman of the Board of Workspace Group PLC (the "Company"), notified the Company that on 2 October 2012 he bought 1,000 6% Sterling bonds due 2019 issued by the Company ("Bonds") at a price of £100 per Bond.

This notification is given in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1).
